Because this song is a work in progress it appears as though Glen is tinkering a bit with the versus etc-,however, the below is pretty much what he sung at St James Church, London in January...
I'm working on a High Hope, and if it all works out, you might just see me or
hear from me for a while,
I'm gonna make it across this tight-rope, and I'm coming for my prize, no more I'm
waiting round while my life just passes byMaybe when our hearts have realigned,
Maybe when we've both had some time,
I'm gonna see you there,
I'm gonna see you there,
There...
I'm gonna see you there
There....Cause I've been living in a half life
Not sure which way to turn
why must a man lose everything to find out what he wantsI'm gonna wait until it feels right,
And I'm coming for my prize,
wild horses won't keep me back from where you and I belong
Maybe when we're both old and wise,
Maybe when our heart's have had some time
I'm gonna see you there,
I'm gonna see you there,
There...
We can be natural
There...After all you'll see...we can do anything
when the good time's gone
We can be naturalCause I'm working on a High Hope
And If it all works out you might just see me or hear from me

This is very rough. I used some of the live versions as well as the studio version that was just released, and I think there are some inconsistencies between the two as the band was feeling its way to a completed version. Chords with asterisks are explained at the bottom; their names were simply too long to write out in the body.
Please note: the switch from G6sus4 to C/G is really just a hammer-on on the D-string.
High Hope
(C/G)I’m working on a (Em*)high (Fm7/E)hope (G6sus4)(C/G)
(C/E)And if it all works (G/E*)out
(E7)You might just (Am7)see me
Or (G6add4)hear from me in a while (G6sus4)(C/G)I’m gonna make it 'cross this (Em*)tight (Fm7/E)rope (G6sus4)(C/G)
(C/E)And I’m coming for my (G/E*)prize
(E7)No more I’ll be (Am7)waiting ‘round
While (G6add4)life just passes by (G6sus4)(C/G)(Fm7*)Maybe when our (G6add4)hearts have re-(Fm7*)aligned
Maybe when we’ve (G6add4)both had some (Fm7*)time
I’m gonna see you there (G6sus4)(C/G)(Fm7*—muted)I’m gonna see you there
(C/E)The- (C/B)e- (Am*)e- (G6add4)e- (Fm7*)ere
I’m gonna see you there
(C/E)The- (C/B)e- (Am*)e- (G6add4)e- (Fm7*)ere‘Cause I’ve been living in a half-life
Not sure which way to turn
Why must a man lose everything
To find out what he wantsAnd I’m gonna wait until it feels right
And when that time has come
Wild horses won’t keep me back
From where you’ve up and goneMaybe when we’re all old and wise
Maybe when our hearts have had some time
I’m gonna see you thereI’m gonna see you there
The-e-e-e-ere
Where we can be natural
The-e-e-e-ere
After all we’ve seen, we can do anything—
The-e-e-e-ere
Where your heart is strong, where you are forever young
The-e-e-e-ere
Where we can be—where we can be natural
The-e-e-e-ere
After all we’ve done, we are forever young—
The-e-e-e-ere
I’m gonna see you there
The-e-e-e-ere‘Cause I’ve been working on a high hope
And if it all works out
You might just see me
